The Village of Walnut has postponed tonight’s Board meeting to Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 7 p.m.
NOTICE TO WALNUT RESIDENTS: Effective for new billing, due on July 15 th, 2024, the garbage rate has been increased 50¢ to support the contract. If you have any questions please call the Village office at 815-379-2351.
Despite the July 4th holiday, Garbage pick-up will still happen on Friday, July 5th, 2024.
The annual Walnut Cemetery Clean-up will take place from March 18th through the 22nd. Please remove ALL items including items on shepherd hooks before March 18th (weather permitting). All items left after March 18th will be disposed of. Decorations may be replaced on...
