Due to the dangerous weather, snowfall totals, wind and road conditions forecasted we will not be operating tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday. Sunday will not be a make-up day. The plan will be to resume operations on Monday the 15th. Walnut’s next trash collection will be on Saturday, January 20th.

The Village of Walnut has issued a snow emergency. This is in effect from 12:00AM on Nov 29 till 3:00PM Nov 30th. This means all vehicles must be off the road during this time. Vehicles parked on the streets may be ticketed and or towed per Village ordinance.
