Attention Walnut residents: Due to the recent holiday and severe winter storm, Garbage services will run on a one day delay this week. Garbage will be picked up on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

The Village of Walnut has issued a snow emergency. This is in effect from 12:00AM on Nov 29 till 3:00PM Nov 30th. This means all vehicles must be off the road during this time. Vehicles parked on the streets may be ticketed and or towed per Village ordinance.

The Village of Walnut has issued a snow emergency beginning Wednesday, Feb 12th at 6:00 am, and ending at 6:00 am Friday, Feb 14th. Please no parking on village streets during this time. Vehicles parked on the streets could be ticketed and towed.
