We are sorry for this inconvenience, hope everyone understands this decision is to keep everyone safe and enable the road crews to get the roads cleared so we can once again operate in your community safely.

Attention Walnut residents: Due to the recent holiday and severe winter storm, Garbage services will run on a one day delay this week. Garbage will be picked up on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

The Village of Walnut has issued a snow emergency. This is in effect from 12:00AM on Nov 29 till 3:00PM Nov 30th. This means all vehicles must be off the road during this time. Vehicles parked on the streets may be ticketed and or towed per Village ordinance.
